Peddinghaus BDL1250 Drill Line & Saw Systems

Our Peddinghaus BDL1250 CNC drill line is the backbone of our connection-hole drilling operation. Capable of processing beams, channels, and angles with multiple spindles running simultaneously, the BDL1250 drills bolt holes, slots, and connection holes in a single pass — directly from SDS2 NC data with no manual layout.

Complementing the drill line, our saw systems handle structural members up to 44 inches in cross-section. From simple cut-to-length to complex mitre and compound-angle cuts, our saws deliver square, burr-free ends ready for fit-up.
